Here’s what folks said they
like the most: it’s a nice
comfortable area that is
relatively quiet; there are
several hot tubs; it has a bar; it
offers some nice views.
I wasn’t surprised to learn that
what folks liked the least was
the fact that it’s always too
crowded. Some of them even lamented that after numerous tries on
several ships they have completely given up any attempts to use the
area. There were also a few complaints that while the Serenity Area is
supposed to be just for adults, some passengers bring their kids with
them anyway.
Well during this cruise I
concluded that there is a place
on the Breeze that might be
considered a secret serenity
deck. I call it “secret” because
like the breakfast bar in our
previous magazine article
hardly anyone ever goes there.
Granted, there aren’t any ca-
banas or hammocks. But it
definitely has more lounge chairs then the real Serenity Area, although
they don’t have cushions. It includes several hot tubs, and practically
speaking there’s even a bar. There are almost never any kids because
there’s nothing there for them to do.
