henever we cruise, my wife Janis and I almost always get
breakfast in the
mornings. This usu-
ally means going through the
buffet on the Lido deck. As all
other experienced cruisers
know, this can be quite a hassle
depending on the time you
get there and whether or not
it’s a sea day. On port days it
depends on whether or not
folks have already been al-
lowed off the ship.
We sometimes opt for breakfast in the main dining room. This is
especially true if we’re on a cruise that offers the brunch service. Not
only do we get to enjoy a nice
breakfast, but thanks to our VIFP
status we’re usually able to get a
free cocktail as well.
